Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $100 deposit due upon booking your event.

Is the deposit refundable.



The deposit to reserve the event date is be defined as "Retainer(s)" and are non-refundable. We gladly are able to validate it for a future event date if you notify us 30 days before the event and will be base on availability.

Will you be able to access the venue?
 

Our custom-designed photo booth is one of the most portable photo booth rentals around and can get to almost any location… up and down stairs, indoor and outdoor venues, even to the middle of an island in the harbor. We will consult with your venue to confirm the available space.

Is this a register business?

Yes, We are a register business in the city of Anaheim under the name of OC Event Photo booths. Also we are insured for those upscale venues.​

How much space does your Photo Booth need?

​

We need a space of 8 ft. X 7 ft. for open photo booth and 6 ft. X 6 ft. for the close photo booth plus space for a 6 ft. table and access to a wall socket 50 ft. away max. We will consult with your venue to ensure that they can host our photo booth for your event.

What happens if there is a mechanical problem with the photo booth?

​

Our photo booth is a tried and tested model and things don’t go wrong. We may have to refill the paper and ink during the event, but this will not interfere with your guest’s fun time. Our trained photo booth operator will take care of all the photo booth’s needs.

Will there be a photo booth operator on site?

​

Yes, our trained photo booth operator will be with the booth at all times to ensure smooth running, to place photo strips in the album (all your guests need to do is fill the album with their messages) and to help your guests with anything else they may need.

Are the photo strips printed immediately?

​

Yes, prints instantly and dry immediately, ensuring your guests can share, take home and treasure the amazing times that’ll be had at your event and in our photo booth.

How many photos can our guests take during an event?

​

It is unlimited photos, so your guests can take as many photos as they like during your event. Just make sure all of your guests know that the photo booth is available and free!

Can we have copies of the photos taken at the event? 

 

Yes, at the after your event you will receive a USB with every photos taken in the photo booth at your event.

Can we choose Color or Black & White photos?

 

Yes, you can choose whether you want color or black & white photos to be printed at your event.
